The Mountaintop by Katori Hall, directed by this year’s JMK Award winner, Roy Alexander Weise was on at the Young Vic until 3rd November. The play is a fictional depiction of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s last night on earth set entirely in Room 306 of the Lorraine Motel on the eve of his assassination on April 4, 1968. Performed by Gbolahan Obisesan and Ronke Adékoluejo.
