JMK Northampton – Royal & Derngate

We're delighted to run a Directors' Group for emerging directors in partnership with Royal & Derngate. Participants have access to free JMK workshops, residencies and networking events, as well as the opportunity to apply for Assistant Director bursaries. This group is open to directors and theatre-makers based in the East Midlands, and offers an insight into the workings of a busy regional venue and the directing process.

This group is run by our JMK Director Practitioner, Martin Berry. Martin also runs our Directors' Group at Birmingham Rep and our new group at Nottingham Playhouse - encouraging collaboration and creating a wider creative community across the Midlands.
