JMK Award Workshops

The JMK Award, founded in memory of James Menzies-Kitchin, is open to emerging directors under the age of 35. This is the first year of our partnership with the Orange Tree Theatre, enabling the winner to direct a fully funded and resourced production as part of their core programming.

To give an insight into the application process, we are running the following free workshops around the country over the next few weeks:

JMK Award Workshops:

Northern Stage
Monday 14th January: 4pm – 6pm

Led by Stephen Fewell (Chair of the JMK Trust), and the Orange Tree Theatre’s Artistic Director, Paul Miller, and Literary Associate, Guy Jones.
