This week until midday Tuesday 7 December, the JMK Trust is taking part in the Big Give Christmas Challenge – a chance to support our work with emerging directors & theatre-makers this festive period. Most importantly of all, all donations given this week through the challenge will be DOUBLED with match funding.

What is the Big Give Christmas Challenge?
For every £1 donated to JMK’s challenge this week, we also receive another £1. Meaning your support is doubled at no extra cost to you!
This is a rare opportunity for us to reach twice as far with our Regional Programme – success in this campaign would mean we can offer more free workshops and opportunities to emerging directors and theatre-makers across the country!
But to get there, we need your help…
“Being a director/maker and trying to create one’s own opportunities as well as work within our existing system can be a lonely and challenging experience. To be able to share practice, learn new skills and simply talk to others in the same position is invaluable. The fact that these workshops and accompanying shows are made available to us for free is so important. Personally as a freelancer and father of two I would not be able to attend them if they were charged at the usual rate, and the opportunities are doubtless accessible to a wide range of creatives from a wide range of backgrounds because of this” JMK participant
How will my donation to this campaign make a difference?

£10 will be doubled: This can pay for a practitioner to travel to meet with regional directors.
£25 will be doubled: This can pay for two places for two directors on a half day workshop.
£50 will be doubled: This can pay for two whole days of training.
If we reach our £1,000 target, this will be doubled to make £2,000
